The Schweitzer family would like thank all our customers for their continued loyalty and support – it is greatly appreciated.

We want to assure you that the health and safety of our customers, employees and partners remains our number one priority. We are earnestly following all guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) and are here to answer any questions and help in any way possible. 

Our associates and family members are adhering to all CDC-recommended procedures and required to take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety and theirs. 

As you well know, most of our Linens are made in Italy and we are happy to report that all our friends there are currently healthy and continuing to produce our products, albeit with some reduction in capacity. Luckily we always carry a sizable inventory here in New York, so we are seeing very little disruption to fulfilling orders.

Our three Manhattan retail stores are now open Monday through Friday, 10:00am—6:00pm, with some restrictions. Face masks are encouraged but not required and social distancing may be observed in accordance with CDC recommendations. Our warehouse is continuing to fulfill online orders as they come in as usual.

To further support our customers, we offer kurb-side or free delivery (by arrangement) for those residing near any of our retail store locations.  

For over fifty years we’ve been devoted to helping our customers and it’s never been truer than right now. If our family can offer you and yours a little more comfort, whether it’s through our collection of feel-good products or friendly service, it’s our privilege to do so. The most important thing is to keep safe and stay positive.
